Spaces for the whole neighborhood
The Rockvale Ruritan Club keeps four welcoming spaces ready for gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. Browse what's available, then send a request and we'll help you find the right fit.
Four spaces to reserve
A refundable $100 security deposit is required for Community Center rentals only; it is not required for baseball field rentals.
Facility 01
Indoor Gym
$40/hour
An open, hard-court space suited to active events, team practices, and large group gatherings. The gym offers plenty of room to move and gather under one roof.
Availability is confirmed by the club after you send a request. Tell us your preferred date in the rental request form and we'll check the calendar for you.
Facility 02
Community Center with Kitchen & Meeting Room
Kitchen & Dining: $40/hour
A comfortable indoor space pairing a meeting room with a kitchen, ideal for dinners, club meetings, classes, and family celebrations. Everything you need to host a seated gathering is in one place. Maximum occupancy: 35 people.
Dates for the Community Center are reviewed on a request basis. Submit your preferred date and the club will confirm whether the space is open.
Facility 03
Picnic Pavilion
$100/half day
To guarantee availability of our covered outdoor space for picnics, reunions, and warm-weather get-togethers. The pavilion offers shaded seating and an open-air setting for relaxed gatherings.
Pavilion dates are held once the club reviews your request. Send your preferred date and we'll let you know if it's available.
Facility 04
Baseball Park
Weekdays: $75 for 2 hours
Weekends: $20 per 1-hour slot. Field lights are not available on weekends.
An outdoor baseball facility available for games, practices, and organized league play. The park provides an open setting suitable for teams and spectators alike.
Availability is confirmed by the club after you send a request. Tell us your preferred date in the rental request form and we'll check the calendar for you.
How the approval process works
Reserving a space is a short, approval-based process. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation — here's exactly what to expect from request to confirmation.

Submit a request
Choose a facility and preferred date, submit the rental request, and agree to the terms.

Club reviews availability
The club checks the calendar and reviews your request against the current schedule.

Approved renters pay
Once approved, renters receive payment instructions. Payment details follow approval only.

Confirmed after payment
Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received by the club.
If you do not reserve online
Prefer to handle your reservation in person? Follow these two steps to reserve a Rockvale Ruritan Club facility without using the online form.
- Pick up printed rental documents. Collect the printed rental documents from the Rental Document Box located next to the Key Return Box. Both boxes are attached to the wall to the right of the main entrance glass door to the Rockvale Community Center.
- Submit documents, fees & notify the club. Place your completed and signed rental documents, the required rental fee, and security deposit in an envelope in the Facility Rental Submission Box on the wall to the right of the main entrance glass door. Then promptly call Bartt Looney at (423) 309-9555 or Amanda Willis at (615) 603-6951 to notify the club.
Accessing and leaving the facility

The club arranges key delivery
After the club reviews your request, they will contact you to arrange key delivery for your requested date.

Lock up and return the key(s)
After using the facility and locking the front door, return the key(s) to the Key Return Box on the wall to the right of the main entrance glass door.

Consequences for not returning keys
Failure to return keys may result in forfeiting the refundable $50 deposit, extra re-keying charges, and a possible ban on future facility use.
Security deposit requirements
The $100 security deposit will not be refunded if the rented area is not properly cleaned, the lights are not turned off, or there is any damage after the activity.
